Bryan Smith Takes Kawasaki To The Top!


At the famed Indy Mile, Bryan Smith, Bill Werner and Jay Springsteen teamed together to make history. It couldn't have happened at a better place. Under the eye of the international motorcycle media, Smith took his Kawasaki 650 to the winners circle. Look for an interview with Bryan this week. In Pro Singles action, JD Beach topped Michael Toon and Jeffrey Carver. The win keeps JD's momentum running strong going into the Springfield weekend and the third place finish from Carver adds to his points lead over reigning champion Brad Baker.

 

 

Wiles Makes It Six!


Henry showed the competition in Peoria Illinois that his domination of Thunder Valley is not over, and probably won't be over anytime soon. Henry was flanked on the podium by Jared Mees and Sammy Halbert who were both making their first podium appearance at the Peoria National. In Pro Singles action, JD Beach and Brad Baker staged an epic battle for the entire main event, with Beach taking the spoils at the checkers. Jeffrey Carver rounded out the podium in third.

 

Hagerstown A Success!

A capacity crowd at Hagerstown's most successful event in the last 5 years got to witness some incredible racing action last weekend. Latus Harley Davidson backed rider Joe Kopp took the twin's class win after an epic battle with Kenny Coolbeth for the first 20 laps. The win extended Joe's points lead to 18 with 8 rounds left to go. In Pro Singles Action, Jeffrey Carver made an aggressive pass on James Rispoli to take the lead and ultimately the win. Pro Singles Rookie Mikey Avila pressured the leaders throughout the entire race to capture 4th.

Amateur Nationals Video Posted!

 

Fight For Dirt Track has thrown together a quick video showcasing the life and times of the 2010 Amateur Dirt Track Grand Nationals in Du Quion Illinois. Footage was taken on Monday while Group 2 was spinning laps on a really cool TT track. Special Thanks go out to Jeff Spore who rode a motorcycle while I filmed the pits from the passenger's perch!
