Weirbach Racing Knoxville Report
The Knoxville, Iowa 1/2 mile ended up being a great day for us. Early in the day
Mikey Martin (91Y) struggled in qualifying 27th and having to start on the
3rd row in his heat. We were chasing the track all day but keep getting
better as the day moved forward, and so did Mikey. He finished 6th in the heat but
that put us in the main event on the 2nd row. With a great start he was in
the top 6 after lap one, moving around 2 other riders and finishing 4th.
That finish increased our points to 21 over everyone with 3 races to go for
the motorcyclesuperstore.com Pro Singles Championship.
Aaron King (40) put in a great ride on the Suzuki twin in the 750 Grand
National finishing 10 in the final.
